摘　　要：介绍了电磁搅拌装置在铝合金熔炼过程中的应用,以及一拖三电磁搅拌装置因拖链较长遇到的问题,通过采取增加辅助拖车的措施来支撑保护拖链,满足企业安全生产的目的。The paper presented the application of electromagnetic stirring unit during smelting for aluminum al oy,as wel as the troubles caused by overlong chain due to one electromagnetic stirring unit shared by three furnaces;and it put forwards the addition of auxiliary trailer to support the chain so as to meet the requirement on safe production.
