摘  要:以AC4B铝合金汽缸盖为例,通过实验表明,工作环境下铝液存在吸气现象,其密度值有逐步变小的趋势,致使铸件针孔度出现超差。提出通过监控铝合金密度值来控制铸件针孔度的方法。The air-breathing phenomenon of molten aluminum was found in work environment by testing AC4B aluminum alloy cylinder head, its density tends to become smaller, and as a result, there is a quality risk that the pinhole degree of aluminum alloy casting will be out-of-tolerance. To solve this problem, in this paper, a process quality control method is put forward, which control the pinhole degree of aluminum alloy by monitoring the aluminum alloy density.
