摘　　要：目的 研究低HDL-C患者外周血白细胞ABCA1和ABCG1 mRNA的表达状态.方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,测定外周血白细胞ABCA1和ABCG1 mRNA表达水平.结果 低HDL-C患者ABCA1表达水平较对照组显著降低（0.23±0.09比1.18±0.49,P=0.042）,ABCG1 mRNA表达差异无统计学意义（3.09±1.08比3.94±1.48,P=0.355）;低HDL-C者高敏CRP（hs-CR P）水平明显高于对照组（2.34±1.68比1.15±0.48,P=0.008）;血清hsCRP水平与ABCA1 mRNA表达呈负相关（r=-0.330,P=0.043）,与血清HDL-C水平无相关性（r=0.19,P=0.254）.多因素线性回归分析表明,ABCA1mRNA表达水平与血清hs-CRP水平呈边缘性相关（β=-0.330,P=0.079）.结论 低HDL-C患者外周血ABCA1 mRNA表达水平降低,炎症因素或许是其机制之一.这可能是低HDL-C者心血管病风险增高的一个因素.Objective To investigate ATP binding cassette transporters （ABCA1 and ABCG1） gene ex- pression in peripheral blood leukocytes from subjects with low plasma HDL cholesterol levels. Methods Thirty- eight cases were enrolled, peripheral blood leukocytes ABCA1 and ABCG1 mRNA expression were measured by re- al-time quantitative PCR. Results ABCA1 mRNA expression in subjects with low plasma HDL cholesterol levels was obviously less than that in controls （0.23±0.09 vs 1.18±0.49, P=0.042）, there was not different between two groups for ABCG1 mRNA expression（3.09±1.08 vs 3.94±1.48, P=0.355）. The serum hscrp concentration in sub- jects with low plasma HDL cholesterol levels was statistically greater than that in controls （2.34±1.68 vs 1.15± 0.48, P=0.008）, negatively associated with ABCA1 mRNA expression （r=-0.330, P=0.043）, and not related to plasma HDL-C concentration （r=0.19, P=0.254）. Using multivariant linear regression analysis method,it was shown that ABCA1 mRNA expression was borderly associated with the serum hsCRP level （β=-0.330, P=0.079）. Conclusion ABCA1 mRNA expression in the peripheral blood leukocytes from subjects with low plasma HDL cholesterol levels was reduced, inflammation maybe a cause, and it is one probably factor to result in higher car- diovascular disease risk for these patients.
