摘 要:目的:观察营养护理干预用于糖代谢异常孕妇的临床效果。方法:选取2010年1月—2011年1月糖代谢异常孕妇58例,按随机数字表法将其分成营养组29例、对照组29例,给予营养组营养护理干预,对照组不应用营养干预措施。统计两组糖代谢异常发生率、转阴率以及治疗后两组的FPG(空腹血糖)、2hPG(餐后2h血糖)、HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)、TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、BMI(体质指数)。结果:营养组随访率高于对照组(P<0.05),2年后糖代谢异常率低于对照组(P<0.05),转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05),此外,除比较2hPG、TG、BMI差异有统计学意义外,其余观察指标差异均无统计意义。结论:实施营养护理干预,可有效降低孕妇糖代谢异常率,提高其生存质量,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of nutritional intervention for pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism. [Method] Totally 58 cases of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism from January, 2010 to January, 20l 1, were randomly divided into nutrition group with 29 cases, and control group with 29 cases. Nutrition group was applied with nutrition nursing intervention, while the control group was not. The abnormal glucose metabolism rateand negative rate, and other indexes after treatment in two groups, including FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, TG, TC, HDL-C, BMI, were observed. [Result] The nutrition ~oup were higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the abnormal glucose metabolism rate after 2 years was lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), negative rate was higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), moreover, in addition to 2hPG, TG, BMI with different statistical significance, the other observed indexes had no statistical significance. [Conclusion] The nutrition nursing intervention could effectively reduce the abnormal glucose metabolism rate of pregnant women, and improve their quality of life.
