摘  要:研究了半干法脱硫灰对混凝土工作性、力学性能、收缩性能以及抗冻性的影响。结果表明,半干法脱硫灰作为混凝土矿物掺合料,可以改善新拌混凝土坍落度,减少坍损,同时可以改善混凝土收缩性能和抗冻性能;半干法脱硫灰对混凝土强度发展的改善不明显;随着半干法脱硫灰掺量的增加,混凝土的收缩率呈现出先降低后增大规律。当半干法脱硫灰掺量低于6%时,混凝土收缩率表现为随着掺量的增加而降低;当掺量为6%时,降低效果最为明显。混凝土抗冻性能随着半干法脱硫灰掺量的增加,呈现出先提高后减小的规律,当掺量低于6%时,混凝土的抗冻性能随着掺量的增加而逐渐得到改善,其中尤以6%掺量改善效果最佳。The influences of semi-dry desulfurization ash on workability, mechanical properties, shrinkage and frost resistance of concrete are researched. The experimental results show that the semi-dry desulfurization ash as mineral addi- tions could improve the slump and shrinkage and frost resistance of concrete. The influence of semi-dry desulfurization ash on mechanical properties is not obvious. The shrinkage rate of concrete declines firstly and then increases with the in- crease of contents of semi-dry desulfurization ash. Meanwhile, the frost resistance of concrete improves firstly and then decreases with the increase of contents of semi-dry desulfurization ash. When the content of semi-dry desulfurization ash is less than 6%, the shrinkage rate and frost resistance of concrete will decrease with the increase of contents of semi-dry desulfurization ash. The best improved effectiveness of shrinkage and frost resistance is 6% of semi-dry desulfurization ash,
