中美预制预应力混凝土双T板构件对比

摘　　要：从相关技术标准、构件外形及尺寸、预应力筋和普通钢筋的配置、产品型号等角度,对中国与美国的预应力混凝土双T板构件进行了对比研究。根据对比结果,对中国的预应力混凝土双T板提出了改进建议,包括进一步优化截面和预应力配筋、采用缺口式端部以及使用端部局部预应力释放技术等。Precast prestressed concrete double tee is widely used in civil and industrial buildings with long span and heavy load. The relevant technical standards, shape and size of element, prestressed strand and reinforcement, product types of precast prestressed concrete double tee in China and Unite States of American are compared. Based on the comparison results, some improvement recommendations for China＇s double tee are proposed, including optimization for the cross- section and prestressed strands, adopting dapped end and using strand debonding technology, etc.
