摘  要:将铁尾矿砂代替天然河砂制备水泥砂浆,通过测试其浆体性能、力学性能、耐久性能等指标,分析了铁尾矿水泥砂浆的材料特性。试验结果表明,在相同配合比条件下,铁尾矿砂浆比天然河砂砂浆流动性降低,而表观密度、抗压强度和弹性模量更高。水养条件下,铁尾矿砂浆发生膨胀,而天然河砂砂浆收缩。自然干燥状态下,两类试件均发生明显收缩现象。50次冻融循环及酸、碱溶液浸泡下,铁尾矿砂浆表现出较好的抗冻性和耐酸碱侵蚀性。随铁尾矿中可磁选颗粒含量增加,铁尾矿水泥胶砂试件早期力学性能提高,28d龄期时则降低。28d龄期时不含可磁选颗粒的铁尾矿水泥胶砂试件具有更高的无害孔含量,有利于提高力学性能。Iron ore tailings sand (IOTS) was used to prepare cement mortar by replacing nature river sand, and mortar properties such as strengths and durabifity were texted. The results show that apparent density, compressive strength and elastic modulus of IOTS mortar made by the same mix proportion are greater than that of nature river sand mortar except for lower fluidity. Size expansion of IOTS mortar occurs compared to size shrinkage of nature river sand mortar under water curing, however significant size shrinkage occurs to both of mortars under natural drying. IOTS mortar can stand deteriora- tion of 50 freeze-thaw cycling and have great acid-alkali corrosion resistant. With increasing of magnetic granules content in IOTS, mechanical properties of mortars in early period increase, but 28d strength of mortars decreases. IOTS mortars excluding all magnetic granules are advantageous to the mechanical property due to high amount of harmless pores at 28 days.
