摘  要:水润滑轴承材料对其润滑性能、工作可靠性和使用寿命有着重要影响。选取超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)、赛龙、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)3种轴承材料,探讨3种材料组成的板层次序、数量、厚度对水润滑轴承力学性能的影响。结果表明:3种板层材料组合后的力学性能要优于单一的材料;不同板层组合次序、不同板层数量、不同板层厚度均对水润滑轴承的力学性能有影响。The bearing materials have important influence on the lubricating property,the operational reliability,the working life of water lubricated bearings. Three kinds of slab materials,UHMWPE,Thordon and PTFE was chosen as the water lubricated bearing materials,and the influences on the mechanics property of water lubricated bearings by the com-bination order of three kinds slab materials,the thickness and the quantity of the slab material combination were studied. The results show that the mechanics property of three kinds of slab material combination is superior to the mechanics prop-erty of homogenous material. The mechanics property of water lubricated bearing is influenced separately by the different slab material combination order,the thickness and the quantity of the slab material combination.
