摘  要:目的考察自微乳剂型对玳玳果总黄酮在大鼠肠吸收的影响。方法建立外翻肠囊模型,采用HPLC-MS法测定玳玳果总黄酮中柚皮苷与新橙皮苷在大鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠的吸收,与非自微乳剂型玳玳果总黄酮比较。结果柚皮苷和新橙皮苷在大鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠的吸收有显著性差异(P<0.05),依次为十二指肠>空肠>回肠;柚皮苷和新橙皮苷在空肠的吸收符合一级动力学过程;相同剂量下自微乳剂型中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷累积吸收量分别是非自微乳剂型的1.33和1.31倍。结论自微乳能显著改善玳玳果总黄酮中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的肠吸收。AIM To research the effect of self-microemulsion on intestinal absorption of total flavones from Daidai fruit (Citrus Aurantium L. var daidai). METHODS The everted intestinal sac model was used in the experiment, HPLC-MS chromatography was established for the determination of naringin and neohesperidin in total flavones from Daidai fruit (self-microemulsion Vs non-self-microemulsion) in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of rats. RESULTS The absorption of naringin and neohesperidin in duodenum, jejunum and ileum of rats were sig- nificantly different (P 〈 0. 05), and demonstrating a priority in the order of duodenal 〉 jejunum 〉 ileum. The absorption of naringin and neohesperidin in jejunum coincided with first-order kinetics. At the same dosage, the cu- mulative absorption amount of naringin and neohesperidin in self-microemulsion was 1.33 and 1.31 times that of non-self-microemulsion, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Self-microemulsion can improve the intestinal absorption of naringin and neohesperidin in total flavones from Daidai fruit.
