摘　　要：目的研究飞扬草Euphorbia hirta地上部分70%丙酮提取物的化学成分。方法飞扬草地上部分70%丙酮提取物利用正反相硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等多种色谱方法交替使用进行分离纯化,利用MS、NMR等现代光谱技术确定化合物结构。结果从飞扬草地上部分的70%丙酮提取物中共分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、蒲公英赛酮(2)、(23E)-25-甲氧基环木菠萝烯-3-醇(3)、23-环木菠萝烯-3β,25-二醇(4)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β,24ξ-二醇(5)、羊毛甾醇(6)、山柰酚-3-鼠李糖苷(7)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(8)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(9)、黑麦草内酯(10)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(11)、没食子酸(12)。结论化合物3～5,10～11为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents of 70% acetone extract from the aerial parts of Euphorbia hirta. METHODS Silica column chromatography,ODS,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used alternately in the separation and purification process,and the structures of all compounds were identified by NMR and MS. RESULTS Twelve compounds were elucidated as β-sitosterol( 1),taraxerone( 2),( 23E)-25-methoxycycloart-23-en-3-ol( 3),cycloart-23-ene-3β,25-diol( 4),cycloart-25-ene-3β,24ξ-diol( 5),lanosterol( 6),afezelin( 7),dibutyl phthalate( 8),diisobutyl phthalate( 9),loliolide( 10),3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid( 11),and gallic acid( 12). CONCLUSION Compounds 3-5 and 10-11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
