摘  要:目的采用HPLC法测定华细辛、铜钱细辛、毛细辛和辽细辛不同部位马兜铃酸Ⅰ和细辛脂素的量。方法分析在MERCK C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)上实施;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水,梯度洗脱;体积流量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为260 nm,柱温30℃。结果马兜铃酸Ⅰ和细辛脂素的线性范围分别为0.01~250μg/mL(r=0.999 7)和0.6~200μg/mL(r=0.999 7),其平均回收率分别为98.8%(RSD为1.1%)和99.8%(RSD为0.7%)。结论 4种细辛中均检测到马兜铃酸Ⅰ,叶中含有量均大于根茎。细辛脂素在毛细辛茎中未检测到.细辛脂素在华细辛和辽细辛根及茎中含有量较叶中高。AIM To use HPLC method to quantitatively analyze aristolochic acid I and asarinin in different parts of Asarum sieboldii Miq. , A. debile Franch. , A. hirnalaicurn Hook. F. et Thoms, and A. heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. METHODS The analysis was performed on MERCK C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column with aeetonitrile-water (0. 05% H3PQ) as mobile phase in a gradient elute man- ner. The wavelength was set at 260 nm. 1.0 mL/min of flow rate and 30 ℃ temperature were adopted. RESULTS The standard curves of aristolochie acid I and asarinin showed good linearity in the ranges of 0. 01 - 250 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 7 ) and 0.6 μg/mL - 200 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 7), respectively. Their recoveries were 98.8% ( RSD = 1.1% ) and 99. 8% ( RSD = 0. 7% , respectively. CONCLUSION Aristolochie acid I exists in all of meas- ured plants and its content in leaves is more than that in rhizoma. A. himalaicum Hook. F. et Thoms does not have asarinin but A. sieboldii Miqbig and A. heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum ( Maxim. ) Kitag have asarinin and their content in rhizome is greater than that in leaves.
