摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定注射用复方三维B(Ⅱ)中的三组分.采用Agela C18色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液(0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液1 000 ml,用l mol/L氢氧化钾溶液调节pH值至6.3,A)∶甲醇(B)(86∶1 4)为流动相,测定硝酸硫胺和盐酸吡哆辛,检测波长267 nm;以A∶B(75∶25)为流动相,测定维生素B12,检测波长361 nm.硝酸硫胺、盐酸吡哆辛和维生素B12分别在2.0~10.1、30.5~152.7和1.2~6.2 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.63%、99.39%和100.60%,RSD分别为0.31%、0.67%和0.58%.An HPLC method was established for the determination of three constituents in compound trivitamin B for injection ( Ⅱ ). An Agela C18 column was used with the mobile phase of phosphate buffer (0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution 1 000 ml, adjusted to pH 6.3 by 1 mol/L potassium hydroxide solution, A) : methanol (B) (86 : 14) at the detection wavelength of 267 nm for the determination of thiamine nitrate and pyridoxine hydrochloride, and A : B (75 : 25) at the detection wavelength of 361 nm for the determination of vitamin B12. The calibration curves of thiamine nitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride and vitamin B12 were linear in the ranges of 2.0 - 10.1, 30.5- 152.7 and 1.2 - 6.2 ktg/ml, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.63 %, 99.39% and 100.60%, with RSDs of 0.31%, 0.67% and 0.58%, respectively.
