摘 要:介绍一种大曲率汽车后视镜三维磨边的加工原理,得出实现该加工方案的类凸轮零件的参数之间的关系式。根据此结论,得到了适用于曲率半径为1 200 mm的汽车后视镜三维磨边的类凸轮零件。类凸轮与顶针组成类凸轮机构,改变了现有靠模磨边机只能加工平面几何图形的现状,实现了靠模磨边机的三维磨边与倒角。The machining principle of three-dimensional edge grinding for great curvature automobile rearview mirror was intro-duced. The relation between the parameters of a part like cam was deduced,which could be used to implement the processing scheme. Based on the result,the part like cam suitable for the automobile rearview mirror with a radius of 1 200 mm was created in UG. The mechanism,consisted of the part like cam and cuspidal cylinder,changes the situation that the existing profiling edge grinding machine can only be used to produce parts in plane geometry shape,implementing the three-dimensional edge grinding of the profiling edge grinding machine.
