摘  要:针对电机控制保护器保护功能多、对检测装置电流调节范围宽和精度高的要求,将粗调调压器与微调调压器结合构成大范围高精度电流恒流源,运用LabVIEW软件平台开发上位机数据采集、处理、显示和实时控制软件,用高精度数据采集卡、控制电路、驱动电路等构成基于虚拟仪器技术的电机控制保护器高性能全自动检测装置。实际应用表明:该系统解决了传统测试方法精度差、效率低的缺点,具有良好的推广前景。Motor protector is a complex product and has powerful protection function. It has high accuracy and wide range re-quirements for current regulating. It was constructed by combining coarse and fine voltage regulators to form wide range and high accu-racy alternating constant-current source. The software was programmed by using LabVIEW software to realize data acquisition,process-ing,real display and real control. The auto testing device based on virtual instrument was constructed with data acquisition card,con-trol system and drive circuit. Practical application shows that the system has solved the shortcomings of traditional test method of low accuracy and efficiency. It has a good promotion prospects.
