摘 要:探讨棉玄武岩长丝包芯纱的性能。将玄武岩长丝的多功能性与棉纤维的舒适性相结合,使纱线的功能和风格复合化,对棉玄武岩长丝包芯纱的纺纱工艺及纱线性能进行了试验研究。利用改造后的DSSp-01型数字式环锭纺小样细纱机纺制出85 tex包芯纱,并对所纺纱线的强伸性能和毛羽等指标进行了测试分析。结果表明:所纺的棉玄武岩长丝包芯纱的对折拉伸强度除了与芯纱的脆性有关外,还与加工工艺直接相关;包芯纱的包覆效果与纱线捻系数密切相关。认为:在环锭纺纱机上纺制棉玄武岩长丝包芯纱是可行的。Development and property of cotton basalt filament core-spun yarn were discussed. Muhiple functions of basalt and comfort of cotton were combined, yarn function and style were composited, the spinning processing and yarn property of cotton basalt core-spun yarn were tested and studied. The cotton basalt filament 85 tex core-spun yarn was spun by modified DSSp-01 type digital sample ring spinning frame, strength and elongation property, hairiness and other indexes of the yarns were tested and analyzed. The result shows that the folded tensile strength of cotton basalt filament core-spun yarn was related to the brittleness of yarn core and directly the processing technology. The covering effect of the core-spun yarn is closely related with the yarn twist factor. It is considered that it is feasible to produce cotton basalt filament core-spun yarn on the ring spinning frame.
