摘  要:探讨芳砜纶/桑皮纤维/棉19.4 tex混纺纱的生产工艺。针对芳砜纶、桑皮纤维和棉纤维的性能特点,纺前对纤维进行预处理,采用桑皮纤维棉纤维包混后与芳砜纶纤维条混工艺,合理配置开清棉和梳棉工艺;并条采用三道混并、防静电胶辊、重加压、大隔距、倒牵伸、低速度工艺;粗纱适当提高回潮率,选用较小定量和较大捻系数,严格控制纺纱张力;细纱采用低速度、中捻度、重加压、小钳口工艺;络筒采用小张力、低速度工艺,并合理配置电清参数,最终成功纺制出芳砜纶/桑皮纤维/棉50/30/20 19.4 tex混纺纱。The production technology of polysulfonamide/mulberry fiber/cotton 19.4 tex blended yarn was discussed. Based on the property of polysulfonamide, mulberry fiber and cotton fiber,the fiber was pretreated before spinning. Mulberry fiber and cotton fiber were blended by bale blending, then the blended card sliver was blended with polysulfonamide fiber sliver. The opening & picking and carding processing were selected reasonably. Technologies of threetimes drawing, anti-static rubber-covered roller, heavier pressure, larger gauge and lower speed were used in the drawing process. Roving moisture regain was increased appropriately, smaller weight per unit and larger twist factor were selected, spinning tension was controlled strictly. Technologies of lower speed, medium twist, heavier pressure, smaller nip were used in the spinning process. Smaller tension and lower-speed were used in winding, electronic yarn clearer parameters were rational selected. Finally the polysulfonamide/mulberry fiber/cotton 50/30/20 19.4 tex yarn can be spun successfully.
