摘 要:磁性纤维针织物的保健功效通过其表面磁场作用于人体,且受表面磁场强度、方向及分布特征共同影响。对双层磁性纤维针织物及磁性纤维针织物与非磁性纤维针织物在不同配置方式下的表面磁场进行了探究,并用MatLab将织物表面磁感应强度分布情况绘制成三维图形进行了可视化表达。结果表明:磁性纤维针织物的表面磁场强度较弱,分布极不均匀,区域间差异较大;双层磁性纤维针织物叠加后表面磁场强度显著增加,区域间差异有所增大;非磁性纤维针织物覆盖磁性纤维针织物叠层或将磁性纤维针织物置于非磁性纤维针织物夹层叠层的表面磁场强度均显著减弱,区域间差异减小,减弱程度取决于非磁性纤维针织物的厚度;磁性纤维针织物覆盖非磁性纤维针织物叠层的表面磁场与单层磁性纤维针织物的表面磁场保持一致。The health care function of magnetic knitted fabric acts on human body through its surface magnetic field. Its effect is affected by the intensity, direction and distribution of the surface magnetic field together. This study explored the surface magnetic field of the double-layer magnetic knitted fabric I , magnetic knitted fabric Ⅱ , and non-magnetic knitted fabric Ⅲ under different configurations. MatLab was used to draw the distribution of surface magnetic induction intensity and convert it into a three-dimensional graphic that can be seen visually. The results show that the surface magnetic field strength of Ⅱ is relatively weak; and its distribution is extremely uneven and varies greatly in different regions. After superposition, the surface magnetic field intensity of I increases significantly and the differences in regions increase as well. The superimposed layer with Ⅲ covering Ⅱ or the " sandwich" with Ⅱ being placed between layers of Ⅲ all exhibit a significant decrease in both the surface magnetic field intensity and the differences in regions. The decrease extent mainly depends on the thickness of Ⅲ. The surface magnetic field of the superimposed layer with Ⅱ covering Ⅲ is similar to that of the single- layer magnetic knitted fabric.
