摘 要:针对环锭纺纱生产过程中断纱难以及时发现的问题,依据光反射原理,开发出用于监测环锭纺细纱断纱的在线检测系统。系统由红外传感器、双运算放大器、单片机和LED指示灯组成。在EJM128K细纱机上试纺18.2 tex纯棉细纱,采用光电式环锭细纱断纱在线检测系统进行实时监测,并对纺纱各阶段各位置的钢丝圈信号波形采样。结果表明,系统成功将钢丝圈旋转信号转换成电信号,再经过单片机对信号进行统计处理,实现了断纱在线检测,报警提示故障锭位。For the problem that yarn breakage can not be found in time during the spinning process, this paper proposes a method to monitor the traveler of the spinning frame, which is supported by the light reflex rule. The system consists of an infrared sensor, a dual operational amplifier, a microcontroller and an LED indicating light. 18.2 rex cotton yarn was spun on spinning frame-EJM128K and yarn breakage with the proposed system was monitored, and the signal wave forms of the traveler were sampled at different positions during different spinning stages. The result showed that the system can convert the traveler rotating signal into electrical signal successfully, provide accurate detection, and warn for yarn breakage position by electrical signal statistics on single chip microcomputer.
