摘  要:针对目前火电厂选址方案综合决策问题的大多数方法过于依赖专家评判确定指标权重具有主观性大的弊端。将多元统计学中的主成分分析方法(PCA)应用到火电厂选址综合决策问题中。主成分分析法可以保证原始数据信息缺失最小的情况下,用少数具有不相关性的主成分来代替原来相互关联的指标。它使原指标数据从多维信息降到低维,在结构上大大简化,并用主成分对系统总方差贡献率来确定各主成分的权重,避免了主观随意性。选取了火电厂选址决策问题中考虑的部分指标,形成了火电厂选址综合评价指标体系,建立了基于主成分分析的火电厂选址决策模型。结合算例介绍了采用基于主成分分析法的火电厂选址综合决策问题的具体步骤。算例结果验证本方法的有效性和客观性。At present,the methods of solving the problem of comprehensive decision-making thermal power plants' lo-cation selection have drawbacks of subjectivity and arbitrariness, because those methods to determine index weights com-pletely depend on experts' evaluation, and the principal component analysis (PCA) in multivariate statistics is appliedto solve the problem of comprehensive decision-making thermal power plants' location. PCA can utilize a few of uneorre-lated principal components to substitute the original interdependent indices. PCA integrates and simplifies the original in-dex data information, meanwhile the weights of principal components can be determined according to the principal com-ponents contribution rate of total variance of the system, and he influences of subjective factors and uncertain factors dur-ing the evaluation are reduced. In this paper, some indices considered in the problem of comprehensive decision-makingthermal power plants' location selection are chosen, and thermal power plants' location selection comprehensive evalua-tion index system is formed, and the decision-making model of thermal power plants' location selection is established.Combining with calculation example, concrete procedures to solve comprehensive decision-making for alternative thermalpower plant by PCA are presented in detail. Calculation results show that the decision-making based on PCA is satisfiedand the decision-making result is credible.
