摘 要:采用湿式空气氧化工艺处理乙烯裂解废碱液,系统研究了不同反应温度和停留时间对该类废碱液处理效果的影响。结果表明,在湿式氧化过程中S2-的氧化相对容易,当反应温度不低于190℃时,S2-去除率为100%,当反应温度小于150℃时,S2-的存在形式以S2O32-为主,反应温度达到230℃时,S2-基本完全转化成SO42-;废碱液中COD的去除率随反应温度的升高而增加,当反应温度为230℃时,其去除率可达80%以上。The technology of wet air oxidation was used to treat the spent caustic from ethylene cracking process,and the effect of both temperature and retention time on the treatment of this spent caustic was studied. The experimental results indicate that the oxidation of S^2- is relatively easy in the wet air oxidation process; When the reaction temperature is not lower than 190 ℃, the removal rate of S^2- is 100%; When the reaction temperature is less than 150℃, S^2- mainly exists in the form of S2O3^2-, and when the temperature is 230 ℃, almost all the S^2- is oxidized into SO4^2-. The removal rate of COD in the spent caustic increases with the increase of the reaction temperature; When the reaction temperature is 230 ℃,the removal rate of COD is more than 80%.
