减少油田火炬气措施和方法研究

摘　　要：为了改善环境,增加天然气输量,同时获得较大经济利益,本文主要研究在油田生产运行中能够有效减少火炬气的方法。主要包含以下四个方面:升级调整地面设备设施,改进操作及维修过程,制定培训与宣传方案,增强与下游产业的合作关系,并针对每个方面都介绍了一些主要措施。如果能够切实落实以上四个方面的相关措施,油田火炬气量将会显著减少。In order to improve the environment, increase the amount of natural gas transmission, and get economic interests, the method to effectively reduce flare gas during the operation of oil field was studied. This method included the following four aspects： upgrading and adjusting ground equipments and facilities, improvement of operation and maintenance, formulating training and publicity programs, strengthening partnerships with downstream industries. Then the major measures for each aspect were discussed.
