摘 要:顺序输送成品油管道产生的混油不仅降低管道输送的经济效益,而且使现场处理工艺复杂。根据管道首站质量检测报告提供的前后油品物性参数,结合经验公式计算得出A纯油中允许掺混的B油品体积分数,并通过掺混实验验证掺混后的油品仍达到质量要求。将混油接收站的前一站的混油段浓度曲线进行修正,采用罐容法得出允许切割点的油品密度。此方法应用于WK成品油管道,最大限度的利用了成品油的质量潜力和自然掺混能力,提高了混油切割比例,使混油处理费用大幅减少,这对提高成品油管道混油切割精度具有一定的指导意义。The contamination in batch transportation of refined products not only decreases the economic benefit, but also complicates the treatment process. On the basis of the oil properties provided by the quality testing report in the origin station, combining with the experience formula, the volume fraction of B allowed in the pure A can be calculated, the mixed oil is verified to be qualified through the mixing experiment. Through amending the concentration curve of the mixed oil segment in the previous station of the terminal, allowed cutting oil density can be obtained by the tank capacity method. The WK products pipeline which applies this method reaches the maximum use of the quality potential and natural mixed quality, the cutting ratio is improved to reduce the processing costs significantly. Thus this has a certain guiding significance for improving the cutting precision during product oil batch transportation.
