摘  要:目的:研究心脑欣胶囊对实验性脑缺血小鼠的保护作用。方法:建立小鼠急性不完全性脑缺血模型与双侧颈总动脉缺血再灌注模型,测定心脑欣胶囊对模型小鼠血脑屏障、血脑生化指标、行为学与脑组织病理变化等指标的影响。结果:心脑欣胶囊能明显降低急性不完全脑缺血小鼠血脑屏障的损伤、脑指数。改善双侧颈总动脉缺血再灌注所致小鼠的学习记忆能力下降,降低因脑缺血造成的NOS,NO,MDA的升高,降低AChE活力以及提高SOD的活力。结论:心脑欣胶囊对实验性脑缺血小鼠具有明显的保护作用,该保护作用可能与其抗缺氧、改善氧化应激与胆碱神经功能有关。Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Xin-nao-xin capsule on brain ischemia in mice. Methods: Acute cerebral ischemia was induced by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion followed by reperfusion in mice. After ischemia-reperfusion, brain biochemistry, behavioral and pathological changes of brain tissue, the cerebral capillary permeability, cerebral index and brain water content were determined in the ischemic mice. Results: Xin-nao-xin capsule reduced the increased cerebral capillary permeability, cerebral index and brain water content of the ischemic mice. It improved learning and memory deficits resulted from ischemia-reperfusion. It also decreased NO, NOS and MDA contents and AChE activity, and elevated SOD activity after ischemia-reperfu- sion. Conclusion: Xin-nao-xin capsule has the protective effects on cerebral ischemia in mice. The possible mech- anisms may relate to anti-anoxia, improvement of oxidative stress and cholinergic neuron function.
