转变三峡库区发展方式助推移民致富--基于科学发展观“富强公正”的经济价值维度

摘　　要：发展方式转型是生产生活方式的再塑造,它需要科学的价值理论为观念先导和思想引领。科学发展观"富强公正"的价值追求所蕴含的思想本质和精神实质是推动发展方式转型的价值支撑和理论指导。当前,三峡库区经济面临结构不优、质量不高、活力不足、持续乏力等困扰,转变发展方式已成为推进移民致富的迫切需要。必须充分按照"富强公正"价值追求中以人为本、共建共享和全面协调可持续要求,破除移民致富在意识形态、体制机制、产业结构和生态环境方面的障碍,由传统发展方式转向现代发展方式。Development Mode Transformation is reshaping the modes of production and life , which shuold be guided by scientific value theory. Scientific Development Thought’s pursuit of economic value of prosperity and justice contains the value support and theoretical guidance to promote transformation of development mode. At present , the Three Gorges Reservoir area economy faces a lot of problems, e.g., irrational economy structure, poor quality, insufficient vigor, persistent fatigue and distress. Therefore, transformation from traditional development mode to modern development mode has become the urgent need to advance immigrant enrichment, which should insist on people-orientation,co-construction and share,sustainable development as required by prosperity and justice,so as to break down the ideology,system,mechanism and ecological barriers to immigrant enrichment.
