摘  要:以陕西彬长矿区大佛寺矿608工作面为依托,对工作面区段煤柱中存在巷道的煤柱计算方法进行研究。应用数值模拟软件建立相应的计算模型,分析了煤柱宽度不同时对煤柱中塑性区的影响以及煤柱中间开挖巷道与不开挖巷道时煤柱中塑性区的变化情况,结合理论计算结果进行分析,建议煤柱宽度由60m优化到52m,灌浆巷距离两条工作面巷道净距均为23.7m。Relied on No. 608 coal mining face in Dafosi Mine of Shaanxi Binchang Mining Area, a study was conducted on a coal pillar calculation method of the gateway in sectional coal pillar of the coal mining face. Numerical simulation software was applied to establish a relevant calculation model. The paper analyzed a different coal width affected to the plastic zone in the coal pillar and the variation condition of the plastic zone in the coal pillar when the gateway driving in the middle of the coal pillar or no gateway driven. In combination with the theoretical calculation results, an analysis was conducted. The width of the coal pillar was proposed to optimize from 60m to 52m and a net distance from the grouting gateway to two mining gateways was 23.7m individually.
