摘 要:目的了解吉林省周边家畜中NTM感染情况,为有针对性的防治NTM提供数据支持和理论依据。方法对来自吉林周边1 050份结核菌素阴性猪、牛组织样品进行细菌分离及16S rRNA基因序列分析、鉴定。结果试验分离NTM菌21株,NTM总分离率为2.0%,猪、牛体内NTM分离率分别为1.8%和2.2%。除6株未最后定型外,其他菌株均分型鉴定成功,其中,浅黄分枝杆菌3株;母牛分枝杆菌1株;新金色分枝杆菌5株;偶发分枝杆菌3株;胞内分枝杆菌3株。结论吉林省家畜中NTM流行情况不容小视,其毒力对人、畜的影响应进一步研究,以便采取有效防制措施,保护人类及畜群健康。Objective The study was conducted to assess the prevalence of infection with Nontuberculosis mycobacteria (NTM) in livestock in Jilin, so to provide scientific supports and theoretical base for targeted prevention and treatment of NTM infection. Methods 1050 tuberculin-negative pork and beef tissue samples from Jilin were collected for bacterial isolation, 16S rRNA sequencing, and genotyping. Results 21 strains of NTM were isolated, with an overall isolation rate of 2.0% and the isolation rate from pork and beef being 1.82% and 2.2%, respectively. Despite of failing to genotype 6 strains, all other strains were successfully identified, which included 3 strains of Mycobacterium gilvum, 1 strain of Mycobacterium vaccae, 5 strains of Mycobacterium neoaurum, 3 strains of Mycobacteriumfortuitum, and 3 strains of Mycobacterium intracellulare. Conclusion The epidemic of NTM infection in livestock in Jilin should not be underestimated and its virulence on human and livestock needs to be further studied to facilitate the implementation of effective preventive measures and protect the health of human and livestock.
