宜昌地区女性HPV感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解宜昌地区女性患者宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况。方法选择2011年7月2013年7月三峡大学第一临床医学院检验科进行宫颈分泌物HPV DNA检测的女性患者1 182例,对其HPV DNA检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果宜昌地区HPV平均感染率约32.83%(388/1 182),其中妇科门诊就诊患者中低危型HPV(6/11型)感染率约25.00%(73/292),而妇科患者高危型HPV感染率高达61.19%(298/487),且宫颈癌患者HPV高危型感染率达63.77%,显著高于其他宫颈相关疾病。结论宜昌地区高危型HPV感染率较高,而宫颈癌患者高危型HPV感染率更是超过60%。建议宜昌地区将高危型HPV DNA检测作为普通女性人群的常规体检项目,为早期发现宫颈病变及宫颈癌的防治提供实验室依据。Objective The work aimed to study the characteristics of human papillomavirus infection among women in YiChang, China. Methods From July 2011 to July 2013, cervical secretions were collected from 1182 women in Yichang for the HPV DNA detection in the clinical laboratory of No. 1 clinical medical college, China Three Gorges University. The results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average HPV infection rate in Yichang area was about 32.83% （388/1182）, and the infection rate of low risk HPV genotypes among gynecological outpatient was about 25% （73/292）, but the infection rate of high risk HPV genotypes among the gynecological patients was much higher, about 61.19% （298/487）. Furthermore, the high risk HPV infection rate among cervical cancer patients was 63.77%, significantly higher than other cervical related diseases. Conclusion The infection rate of high risk HPV in Yichang was higher than that of low risk HPV, and high risk HPV infection rate among cervical cancer patients was more than 60%. So it is recommended here that in Yichang area high risk HPV DNA testing should be set as a routine examination item in common women health examination projects, so as to provide laboratory evidences for the early detection of cervical pathological changes and the prevention and treatments of cervix cancer.
