衡水市健康人群肝功能六项的参考区间调查  

Investigation and Analysis of the Reference Interval of Six Liver Function Indicators in Healthy Population in Hengshui City

摘　　要：目的建立衡水地区健康人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素(DBIL)的参考区间。方法收集本地区各县市的16 403例健康个体,采用全自动生化分析仪测定肝功能六项(ALT、AST、TP、ALB、TBIL和DBIL),按照不同性别和年龄分组,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果本地区肝功能各项参考区间ALT(U/L):男性056.76,女性040.99;AST(U/L):男性7.5135.43,女性6.1532.17;TP(g/L):男性64.4978.91,女性64.5079.30;ALB(g/L):男性42.5353.56,女性41.5451.96;TBIL(μL):男性4.6627.55,女性4.1122.45;DBIL(μL):男性0.007.81,女性0.006.25。结论不同性别、不同年龄段人群之间的肝功能各项参考区间存在不同程度的差异。Objective This study was designed to establish reference intervals of alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, total protein （TP）, albumin （ALB）, total bilirubin （TBIL） and direct bilirubin （DBIL） in healthy population in Hengshui area. Methods A total of 16, 403 cases of healthy individuals from counties and cities in the Hengshui area were collected and analyzed using automatic biochemical analyzer for six liver function indicators （ALT, AST, TP, ALB, TBIL and DBIL）. The cases were grouped by genders and ages, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The liver function reference intervals in Hengshui area are as follows： ALT （U/L）： Male 0-56.76, female 0-40.99; AST （U/L）： male 7.51-35.43, female 6.15-32.17; TP （g/L）： 64.49-78.91 for male, female 64.50-79.30; ALB （g/L）： male 42.53-53.56, female 41.54-51.96; TBIL （μmol / L）： male 4.66-27.55, female 4.11-22.45; DBIL （μmol / L）： male 0.00-7.81, female 0.00-6.25. Conclusion The reference intervals of 6 liver function indicators had varying degrees of difference among different genders and age groups in Hengshui area.
