摘　　要：目的通过对徐州市某体检中心128 369例体检资料进行分析,初步探讨徐州市体检居民的主要健康问题。方法诊断参照《全国临床检验操作规程》中的化验检查正常参考值作为指标判断标准,统计分析使用SPSS18.0统计软件。结果体检者不同年龄组各疾病指标阳性率不同;男性与女性各疾病指标阳性率不同;聚类分析结果表明,体检者疾病指标主要可以分为3类,第一类代谢紊乱指标:血脂、胆固醇、血压问题,第二类肝胆指标:肝脏、胆囊问题,第三类生活行为指标:外眼、胸透、咽部问题。结论体检者中男性与女性的体检结果具有各自特征,不良生活行为习惯导致的疾病、肝胆疾病和代谢相关疾病是本地居民面临的主要卫生问题。积极开展健康宣教,改变不良生活方式,营造良好的生存环境是徐州市卫生部门应该重视的新问题。Objective The study analyzed the physical examination results of 128 369 individuals at a medical examination center in Xuzhou City and preliminarily assessed the major health issues among residents in Xuzhou. Methods The normal values for laboratory examination described in the National Clinical Laboratory Procedures were used as references, and SPSS18.0 was used for statistical analysise. Results The positive rates of disease indicators varied among different age groups and different genders. Cluster analysis showed that disease indicators of the subjected could be divided into three categories, including （1） indicator for metabolic disorders, such as blood lipid, cholesterol, and blood pressure issues; （2） indicator for hepatic and biliary disorders, such as liver and gall bladder issues; and （3） indicator for living behaviors, such as outer eye, chest, and pharyngeal issues. Conclusion The results of physical examination were gender-dependent, and the main health issues of the local residents were diseases caused by unhealthy living behaviors or habits, hepatic and biliary diseases, and metabolic diseases. Therefore, actively promoting health education, eliminating unhealthy lifestyle, and creating good living environment are the new directions the health agencies in Xuzhou should focus on in the future.
