摘　　要：目的了解天津市口腔医护人员医院感染相关知识的认知情况。方法于2013年4月采用分层抽样方法,在18个区(县)地区各抽取50名口腔专业医护人员作为调查对象。采用匿名填写方式进行一般人口学资料、口腔医院感染相关知识的问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷867份。在调查的27个问题中,有11个答对率在90%以上,有9个低于60%,其中"非一次性使用的探针、口镜应达到灭菌水平"仅有4.04%的调查对象回答正确。结论口腔医护人员医院感染知识掌握不全面,需有针对性的开展培训。Objective The study aimed to assess the understanding of hospital-acquired infection among oral healthcare professionals in Tianjin City. Methods 50 oral healthcare professionals from 18 districts （counties） were selected in April 2013 by stratified sampling and were anonymously surveyed for their general demographic information and knowledge of stomatological hospital-acquired infection. Results 867 valid questionnaires were returned. Among the 27 surveyed questions, correct rates of 11 questions were higher than 90% but were lower than 60% for 9 of the questions. Particularly, only 4.04% of the surveyees gave the correct answer on ＂the acceptable level of sterilization of non-disposable probes and dental mirrors.＂ Conclusion The oral healthcare professionals lack a comprehensive understanding of hospital-acquired infections, suggesting the necessity of the development of a more targeting job training.
