宁夏2002年与2011年农村居民蛔虫感染状况比较

摘　　要：目的比较宁夏2002年和2011年农村居民蛔虫感染状况变化,为今后防治提供科学依据。方法于2002年和2011年2次按全国寄生虫调查方案对宁夏7个县区的人群进行蛔虫感染状况调查,比较分析2次调查结果。结果2002年宁夏农村居民蛔虫感染率5.79%,至2011年下降到3.77%,与10年前相比农村居民蛔虫感染率有显著下降(χ240.31,P0.05);2002年,感染率大于5%的县区有5个,到2011年感染率大于5%的县区仅1个;2次调查结果均显示:山区居民蛔虫感染率高于川区;学生和学龄前儿童蛔虫感染率最高;男、女性别和回、汉民族间蛔虫感染率差异无统计学意义。结论10年来,宁夏农村地区居民蛔虫感染率虽大幅度下降,但个别经济落后、卫生条件较差地区,学龄前儿童和小学生仍是蛔虫高感染地区和人群,应作为优先防治重点。Objective This study aimed to compare roundworm infection status in rural residents of Ningxia province between 2002 and 2011 in order to provide a scientific basis for future prevention and treatments. Methods The roundworm infection status was surveyed in 7 counties of Ningxia province in 2002 and 2011 according to the national parasite survey scheme. The results were analyzed and comparison was made between 2002 and 2011. Results Roundworm infection rate was 5.79% in rural residents of Ningxia province in 2002 and it dropped to 3.77% in 2011, representing a statistically significant decrease （χ2=40.3 l, P〈0.05）. In 2002, there were five counties with an infection rate over 5%, while there was only one county with an infection rate over 5% in 2011. Results Both surveys showed that roundworm infection rate was higher in mountain residents than residents elsewhere. The highest infection rate of roundworm occurred in students and preschool children. No significant difference was found between genders and between races. Conclusion Within the 10 years from 2002 to 2011, roundworm infection rate dropped significantly in rural residents of Ningxia province. However, the economically underdeveloped areas, areas with poor sanitation, preschools and primary schools remained to carry high risks for roundworm infection and should be the focus of prevention priority.
