解聚复肾宁对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨解聚复肾宁(JJFSN)对DN患者血清CTGF和MMP-9的影响。方法研究对象为某院收治的120例早期2型DN患者,将其随机分为解聚复肾宁组、厄贝沙坦组、解聚复肾宁+厄贝沙坦组、对照组。每组各30例,12周为1疗程,观察各组治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果解聚复肾宁组治疗后空腹血糖、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白等指标显著好转,血清CTGF显著降低,MMP-9显著升高(P0.05)。结论解聚复肾宁可能是通过改善血清CTGF、MMP-9水平而影响细胞外基质代谢调控系统,延缓DN的进展。Objective The objective of the study was to investigate the effect of JJFSN on the levels of serum CTGF and MMP-9 in patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods 120 patients with early-stage Type-2 DN receiving treatment in oar hospital were included as the research subjects, and were divided into a JJFSN group, an irbesartan group, a JJFSN＋irbesartan group, and a control group. Each group was consisted of 30 cases, and each course of treatment lasted for 12 weeks. The changes in relevant biochemical indicators before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The JJFSN group exhibited significantly improved levels of fasting blood sugar, 24-h microalbuminuria excretion rate, serum creatinine, and glycosylated hemoglobin, as well as decreased serum CTGF and increased MMP-9 after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion JJFSN may influence the regulatory system for extracellular matrix metabolism and delay progression of DN by improving serum levels of CTGF and MMP-9.
