摘 要:以X射线照射为自由基生成诱因建立了自由基损伤的线粒体模型,考察了具有潜在促排作用的富勒烯单大环多胺衍生物(CA)对射线引起的肝线粒体损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明,辐照可产生很强的自由基,使线粒体氧化受损,表现为线粒体肿胀,发生脂质过氧化反应,产生脂质过氧化物——丙二醛等物质,加入富勒烯单大环多胺衍生物可明显减少受损伤的线粒体肿胀及脂质过氧化物的形成,从而维护线粒体结构和功能的完整性。Background: The rapid development of nuclear technique makes the actinides uranium be used more and more widely, which increases the chances of nuclear accident. Accident caused by radiation not only displays direct illumination to body surface, but more serious the internal. Purpose: The aim is to investigate whether fullerenes derivatives have protective effect on acute liver injury. Methods: In this work, we modified fullerenes based on their strong radical scavenging function and investigated whether fullerene derivative has a protective effect against liver mitochondria damage in mice. Results: Experimental results show that the radiation can generate strong free radical and damage on mitochondria. Damages are as follows: mitochondria swelling, lipid peroxidation producing and malondialdehyde (MDA) generating. Conclusion: Chelating agent can significantly reduce the swelling of mitochondria and the formation of MDA, so as to maintain the integrity structure and function ofmitochondria.
