国外图书馆应对大宗交易困境的措施

摘　　要：在概括大宗交易特征和国外图书馆面临的大宗交易困境的基础上,总结归纳了国外图书馆的若干应对措施,如进行新的交易合同谈判、改为以按品种选购、按篇付费、馆际互借、借助开放存取资源等形式满足读者对电子期刊资源的需求等,指出了国外图书馆这些应对措施对国内图书馆的借鉴意义。After discussing the features of dig deal and the dilemma of big deal that foreign libraries are confronting, the author summarized some measures that foreign libraries have adopted to cope with it, such as to select per title, to negotiate a new contract, to use pay-per-view, interlibrary loan and OA resources to meet readers＇ requirements of e-journals. The author also pointed out that these measures are useful for domestic libraries, too.
