摘  要:"每日课堂"是国家图书馆在现有公共联机目录检索辅导服务的基础上新推出的一种读者辅导服务活动,其服务定位为:宣传服务,辅导读者;沟通读者,拓展服务;沟通员工,培养人才。在"每日课堂"开展过程中,国家图书馆针对该活动开展了问卷调查。本文结合问卷调查结果从服务设计和服务管理等方面对其服务模式进行了分析,指出"每日课堂"应从服务内容、讲师团队、宣传推广、制度建设等方面加以改进,以成为国家图书馆的一项读者服务品牌。图3。表1。参考文献5。"Daily Lesson" is a new kind of reader guide service launched by National Library of China(NLC) on the basis of existing counseling service of online public access catalog, the location of which is to promote service and provide guidance for readers ; to contact with readers and expand service; to facilitate communication among librarians and cultivate talents. After a period of time since "Daily Lesson" was launched, NLC conducted a questionnaire survey on this program. Combined with the results of the survey, this paper has improved and designed the service mode of '" Daily Lesson" from the perspective of service design and service management, and points out that "Daily Lesson" should be improved in the aspects of service content, lecturer team, promotion and system building, so as to mold the program into a brand of reader service in NLC. 3 figs. 1 tab. 5 refs.
