摘　　要：目的:分析HPV感染女性认知与心理状态,探讨相应护理干预措施的应用效果。方法:自制"HPV感染妇女认知、心理状态调查表",对90例HPV感染妇女认知与心理状态调查,根据调查结果制定HPV感染认知、心理一体化干预措施。比较干预前后HPV感染妇女的认知水平、心理状态及生活质量。结果:干预前90例HPV感染妇女认知水平得分仅为(6.82±0.91)分,心理状态平均得分为(11.75±2.02)分,生活质量总分(41.37±9.94)分;干预后患者HPV认知得分、心理水平及生活质量评分均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知、心理一体化干预能明显改善HPV感染妇女的认知水平、心理状态及生活质量,对患者疾病的治疗具有十分重要的临床意义。To analyze the cognitive and psychological state of HPV infected women,and discuss the application of the corresponding nursing intervention measures. Methods：The self-made＂HPV infected women, the psychological state of cognitive questionnaire＂,the investigation of cognitive and psychological state of 90 women infected with HPV,according to HPV infection,integration of cognitive psychological intervention survey results. Comparison of two groups of HPV infection,the cognitive level of psychological state and life quality. Results：After the intervention,women′s cognition to the disease and mental state and the quality of life were significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Cognitive,psychological intervention can improve the integration of cognition,the psychological state of HPV infected women,which has very important clinical significance in the treatment of patients with the disease.
