摘　　要：结合华东勘测设计研究院Geostation地质三维勘察设计系统的应用实践,探讨了工程地质数据库系统建设过程中需要考虑的问题,诸如数据库平台选择、数据库设计、数据库与三维地质模型的拓扑关系等。Combined with the GeoStation （Geological 3D Reconnaissance Design System） which is designed and implemented of long-term by HydroChina Huadong Engineering Corporation, the paper discusses the problems which could be considered in the process of engineering geological database system construction, such as database platform selection, design, topological relations of database and 3D geological model, etc.
