摘 要:Gomal Zam大坝坝基岩体变形模量低,渗透性较强,不能满足设计要求,需采取固结灌浆处理,为此进行了灌浆试验。灌浆试验成果表明坝基岩体的可灌性好,通过3序次灌浆后,岩体的地震波速度显著提高,透水性满足设计要求,且岩体的完整性和均一性得到改善。通过灌浆试验确定了合理的灌浆孔间距、灌浆压力等坝基固结灌浆施工参数。Since the foundation rocks of Gomal Zam Dam Project cant meet the design requirements for gravity dam due to their low deformation modulus and high to moderate permeability, complete consolidation grouting of foundation rocks would be necessary. Thus, grout test is planned and performed. As the results of geophysical prospecting and packer tests before and after grouting shown that longitudinal wave velocity, integrity coefficient and homogeneity is all improved to a great extent by three series grouting, as well as permeability of rock mass meets the design requirements, the groutability of jointed foundation rock mass at Gomal Zam dam site is satisfied. Meanwhile, reasonable grouting parameters, such as spacing of grout holes, ratio of water and cement and grouting pressure, are proposed for complete consolidation grout during construction stage.
