摘　　要：为更好了解网民关注的热点话题,更好地分析网络舆情,提出基于数据挖掘技术的网络舆情分析模型。通过网络爬虫将各种异构的网络资源搜集起来,并进行数据清洗等预处理后,写入数据中心。并实施分类、聚类、关联规则和异常检测等数据挖掘技术,可以起到热点识别、话题追逐和舆情预警等作用。该模型对做好舆情分析工作提供先进的技术方案,具有一定的现实意义。In order to better understand the hot topic, proposes a model based on data mining for network public sentiment analysis. Network re-sources are collected by Web crawler, and then written into the data warehouse. Meanwhile, data mining technology is employed in the model, including classification, clustering, association rules and outlier detection. The model has a practical significance in improving the level of network public sentiment analysis.
