摘  要:对蚊虫抗性机制的研究在其抗性监测和环境治理方面具有重要的意义。人们经过多年的研究发现,蚊虫对杀虫剂的抗性与其行为、生理功能的改变、解毒功能的增强以及靶标位点的不敏感性均有关系。随着分子生物学的发展,基因芯片技术的普及和后基因组时代的到来,人们对蚊虫抗性形成和进化的研究已经从分子水平全面展开,已经发现并克隆出了一些与抗药性相关的靶标基因。本文将对与蚊虫抗性相关的钠离子通道和乙酰胆碱酯酶基因的研究现状作一综合介绍。Researching on molecular mechanisms of mosquito resistance is very important to develop effective strategies for resistance monitoring and environmental management. After years of studies, researchers have found that mosquito resistance to insecticides was connected with the change of their behaviors and physiological functions, the enhancement of detoxification function and the reducing sensibility of target sites. With the development of molecular biology, gent chip technology and the popularity of the post-genomic era, researches on the formation and evolution of insect resistance have reached to the molecular level. A number of target genes associated with resistance have been discovered and cloned. This paper will make a comprehensive introduction for two target resistance mechanisms, the sodium channel and acetylcholinesterase gene, associated with mosquito resistance.
