摘　　要：4-(N,N-二甲基)丁醛缩二甲醇是合成偏头痛药物舒马曲坦等药物的重要中间体。本文选择γ-丁内酯为原料,经氯化、Pa/BaSO4常温常压催化加氢还原、再经胺解合成目标产物,总收率达50%。N, N-dimethyl-4-aminobutanal dimethylacetal is an important intermediate for the synthesis of sumatriptan for migraine drug. In this paper choosed γ-GBL as raw material,through chlorination,Pa/BaSO4 cata-lytic hydrogenation reduction,followed by amine solution synthesis of the target product,the yield was 50%.
