长白山区极北蝰生态标本制作与保养技术的研究

摘　　要：以长白山区极北蝰为对象,进行生态标本制作与保养技术的研究,结果表明:利用乙醇代替乙醚进行活体处死,即经济又环保;剥制时应特别注意眼球及肛门处,以免损坏皮肤;用小苏打粉代替苯酚进行防腐处理,效果相同且无毒负作用;用3根铅丝代替2根铁丝作为支架,使标本更接近于原生态,也更为牢固;用长白山区的红花、细辛、杜香等中草药进行标本的防腐驱虫保养。Research on ecological specimens making and maintenance technology of Vipera berus was proceeded , results showed that living body sacrificed was conducted by using ethyl alcohol instead of diethyl ether , which were both economic and environmental protection .When dissected specimens , paied special attention to eye and anus to avoid damage to the skin;there were same effects without poison , when antiseptic treatment proceeded by using baking soda instead of phenol . Using 3 plumbum wires instead of 2 irons wire as the scaffold to specimen was more close to original ecology and more se-cure.Anticorrosion deworming maintenance effects of safflower , asarum and Ledum palustre, L.vat was better than chemi-cal agent in ChangBai Mountains .
