摘 要:针对日照港裕廊码头散粮装车楼同时装载L17等粮食专用罐车及通用敞车的特殊需求,为满足铁路运输的快速、准确的称量要求及车皮轴重装载后前后不偏载,对称量系统的整体结构、传感器位置及控制策略进行了研究。采用多卸料点的条形槽仓结构、研究传感器支撑点位置对支撑梁挠度变形的影响提高计量精度,提出了大流量粗配和小流量精配结合的非线性逼近策略提高配仓精度。装车数据表明:车皮前后不偏载、称量精度优于1‰,符合铁路运输和贸易结算要求。According to the special requirements of the L17 Grain Tanker and Gondola Cars' Loading in Rizhao Jurong Port Terminals Co., Ltd. The structure of the weighing system, the sensor's location and batehing strategy was studied to meet the fast and accurate weighing of rail transport requirements, the axle load is not offset load after loading. The strip bin with multiple-spot unloading was selected, the sensor position's effect on the support beam's deflection was studied to improve measurement accuracy, the nonlinear approximation control strategy with a combination of large flow of rough matching and fine with small flow was presented to improve the batching accuracy. Loading data show that the axle load is not offset load after loading, the weighing accuracy reach to 0.1%, meet the requirements of rail transport and trade settlement.
