摘 要:蝴蝶兰是兰科植物中最具观赏性的兰花之一。2009-2013年期间,调查发现一种细须螨为害温室大棚中的蝴蝶兰,该螨严重影响蝴蝶兰的品质和经济价值。结合外部形态特征和基于28SrDNA序列特征建立的系统发育树鉴定出该螨为太平洋细须螨Tenuipalpus pacificus Baker。该螨主要分布于热带和亚热带地区,本文首次报道了在中国大陆发现太平洋细须螨危害。蝴蝶兰温室大棚具有适合其生存的有利环境,在我国大陆定殖的可能性较大,必须引起足够的重视。Phalaenopsis orchid is the highest degree of industrialization ornamental plant in the orchid plants The investigations on pests damaging the Phalaenopsis orchid in Guangdong Province have been carried out since 2009, and found that an unknown species belonging to Tenuipalpidae damaged the Phalaenopsis orchid in the greenhouse Based on the comparison of traditional morphological characteristics and the analysis of the phylogenetic tree constructed with 28S rDNA gene,this mite was identified as Tenuipalpus pacificus Baker T. pacificus was mainly distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions, this was the first record of T. pacificus damaging the Phalaenopsis orchid in the mainland of China The environment in the Phalaenopsis orchid greenhouse benefits the survival of T. pacificus, it is possible for this mite to establish population in China,so enough attention must be paid to this pest and it should be monitored during the production process of Phalaenopsis orchid.
