摘 要:为研究分级条件下,分解炉内温度场、氧气浓度场及NO浓度场的变化规律,利用数值模拟手段对5 000 t/d水泥分解炉的物理化学过程进行了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:在分级燃烧条件下,分解炉主燃烧区域的氧气浓度明显减少,燃烧温度也相应的降低,NO的生成量减少;在分级风入口的上方存在一个高温区,但在此区域NO浓度没有明显升高。分风量增加,分解炉出口的NO浓度降低,分解炉内生料的分解率和煤粉燃尽率均下降,但是分解炉出口的温度有一定的升高,说明分级燃烧在一定程度上会影响水泥的生产过程,在实际运行过程中应合理选择分风比例。In order to study the distribution law of temperature,O2 concentration,CO2 concentration and NO concentration in precalciner,numerical simulation has been used by a 5000t/d precalciner on the condition of staged combustion.The result shows that on the condition of air staged combustion,O2concentration,temperature and the NO concentration in the main zone of precalciner decrease,and the temperature above the inlet of staged air increases,however,the NO concentration at the outlet of precalciner increases insignificantly.With the increase of the ratio of staged air,the concentration of NO at the outlet of precalciner decreases significantly,however,the ratio of law meal decomposition and coal combustion decrease while the temperature of the outlet of precalciner increases a little,which indicates that staged air combustion can influence the process of cement production,therefore,the ratio of staged air should be choosed carefully.
