摘  要:为了深入分析蒸汽蓄热器充汽过程,提出利用建模仿真的方法对充汽过程进行分析,通过建立蒸汽蓄热器充汽过程数学模型,搭建基于Simulink的仿真模型,仿真分析液侧对流强度、汽液交界面换热系数以及汽侧对流强度对于充汽过程的影响。结果表明,液侧对流越强,汽液交界面换热系数越大,汽侧对流越强,充汽过程达到饱和状态越快。因此通过强化液侧对流和汽侧对流换热能够加快蒸汽蓄热器充汽过程,对于蒸汽蓄热器优化设计具有指导意义。In order to analyze the charging process of steam accumulator,a charging process analysis approach by modeling and simulation was proposed.A mathematic model of the process was built based on Simulink.The simulation analyzed the influence of convection strength of the liquid side,heat transfer coefficient of the vapor-liquid interface and convection strength of the steam side.The result of the simulation revealed that the stronger the convection strength of the liquid side is,the greater the heat transfer coefficient of the vapor-liquid interface and the stronger the convection strength of the steam side are.And the charging process would be saturated in a shorter time.All shows that enhancing the convection heat transfer of both liquid side and steam side can improve the charging process,thus guiding the improved design of steam accumulator.
