摘 要:应用PDM系统能够提高产品开发设计能力,提升企业整体竞争能力,但PDM的实施是一项复杂的系统工程。其中,选择一个合适的PDM软件是企业成功实施PDM的前提和关键。在分析PDM选型步骤的基础上,提出了一种基于QFD的PDM选型模型。从企业应用PDM需求分析出发,确定PDM需求项、PDM系统特性、PDM供应商以及它们之间的相关关系,运用模糊层次分析法、独立配点法,以及李克特五级评分制,分别确定PDM需求权重、PDM系统特性权重及供应商技术竞争能力指数等,构成了基于QFD的PDM选型模型。并结合X企业PDM应用选型实例进行了验证。Using PDM system can improve the product development and design ability,and promote the overall competitiveness of enterprises,but the implementation of the PDM is complicated system engineering.Selecting appropriate PDM software is a prerequisite and key to PDM implementation in enterprise.On the Basis analyzing of the PDM selection steps,this paper puts forward the PDM selection model based on QFD.According to the enterprise’s demand on PDM,it determines the PDM requirement items,PDM system characteristics,PDM vendors,and the relationship between them.Determining the PDM demands weight,PDM system features weight and the suppliers competitiveness index respectively by using fuzzy AHP,independent point collocation method and Likert scale,the PDM selection model based on QFD is established. And the PDM application example of the X company is provided to testify the model.
