摘　　要：我国长期的二元化社会导致了城乡间医疗卫生服务体系"碎片化"以及城乡间医疗服务的"非连续性",整合城乡医疗卫生服务体系已经迫在眉睫。本研究通过对我国城乡卫生体制变迁过程中的路径依赖特征与锁定效应进行分析,旨在为城乡医疗卫生服务体系的纵向整合实践提供科学参考依据。In China, long-term duality society had leaded to the ＂fragmented＂ health service system and the ＂discontinuous＂ medical services between urban and rural areas. The integration of urban and rural care service system is imminent. Through analyzing the characteristics of path dependence and lock-in effect in the changing process of urban and rural health care system, the study aims to provide scientific reference for the scientific vertical integration of practice.
