摘　　要：目的:研究旨在探讨基本医疗服务范围界定方法,为界定清晰基本医疗服务目录提供依据。方法:采用文献分析法分析我国基本医疗服务范围界定现状,结合我国的实际情况,设计基本医疗服务范围界定的技术模型。结果:提出运用定量分析法计算疾病综合影响值界定基本医疗服务病种的病种范围,从基本医疗服务的提供机构、服务病种和基本目录3个维度界定基本医疗服务范围的基本思路和方法。结论:利用此法界定基本医疗服务范围,思路明确,方法简便,具有一定的可操作性。Objective： To study the definition method of basic medical care service scope, so as to provide references for laying the well-defined directory of basic medical care services. Methods： Literature analysis method was used to analyze the current status of China＇s basic medical care service scope defining, based on China＇s practical conditions, a technical model of the scope deftnition of basic medical care services was designed. Results： Quantitative analysis method was proposed to calculate the disease scope of combined effect value of diseases. The basic thought and method of basic medical service scope were defined by the provide institution, service disease and basic menu of basic medical services. Conclusion： Using the method to define the scope of basic medical services, was clear, convenient and operable.
