摘　　要：学科方法与研究方法越来越得到图书馆学研究者的高度重视,但我们在认识与应用上还存在诸多问题。图书馆学是处于人文与自然之间的社会科学知识体系,具有理论与应用两大层面体系内容,这种学科特质决定其既具有科学的实证研究倾向,又有人文的意义阐释取向。图书馆学研究方法应多元化、多样化。科学方法根植于科学精神与科学素养,加强科学精神与科学素养的培育是图书馆学研究者的当务之急。More and more close attention has been paid to subject methods and research methods by library science re-searchers.Nevertheless, there are still many problems in our understandings and practices.Library science is a type of social science between humanities and natural sciences, which include both theoretical system and applied system.This kind of subject peculiarity has decided that there are tendency of empirical research and orientation of meaning explication like humanities at the same time in library science.Research methods of library science should become more diversified.Scientific method is rooted in scientific spirit＆amp;literacy.It is an urgent affair for us researchers of library science to strength scientific spirit ＆amp;literacy ourselves.
